Cirrius Management Consulting was established from a shared vision and a wealth of expertise brought together by three highly experienced professionals: Richard (Dick) Rodgers, Kevin Dodds, and Robert (Bob) Prior. Each founding director brings a distinct skill set to the table, with a shared commitment to Cirrius’ core values of integrity, trust, and value creation. Together, they saw an opportunity to address growing challenges facing businesses both in Australia and internationally. In March 2023, Cirrius Pty Ltd was officially formed, launching a new era of management consulting led by this distinguished team.
Richard (Dick) Rodgers – Managing Director
Dick Rodgers, a seasoned Chartered Accountant, has an impressive track record in financial management, auditing, and taxation. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree and multiple professional registrations, including as a Registered Company Auditor, Self-Managed Superannuation Fund Auditor, and Tax Agent, Dick’s expertise has guided both large firms and small businesses to achieve sound financial practices and regulatory compliance.
Having served as a partner in a global Big Six accounting firm between 1983 and 1986, and later as the principal of his own firm, RL Rodgers & Associates, Dick brings decades of leadership and financial strategy experience to Cirrius. Known for his detail-oriented approach and commitment to ethical practices, Dick’s role as Managing Director ensures Cirrius clients benefit from the highest standards of financial oversight and business insight. His leadership is integral to Cirrius’ mission to support businesses in navigating complex financial landscapes with confidence and clarity.
Kevin Dodds – Chief Executive Officer
Kevin Dodds, with an extensive 38-year career in law enforcement, where he rose to the rank of senior commissioned officer, brings a strong foundation in organizational leadership and operational management. Kevin’s academic qualifications include an MBA, Graduate Diplomas in Business Administration and Applied Management, AIPM Leadership in EM, AIEM Dip and multiple certifications in law enforcement and human resources. His deep experience in leadership development, command responsibilities, and legal professional training provides a unique perspective on management consulting.
Following his tenure in law enforcement, Kevin served as the director and principal consultant of a technology company, Tall Trees Technologies. He has also contributed to high-level consulting projects, including a government review for the United Arab Emirates. Kevin’s ability to lead complex teams and oversee transformative initiatives makes him an ideal CEO for Cirrius, where his strategic approach and people-focused leadership drive impactful changes across industries.
Robert (Bob) Prior – Chief Operating Officer
Bob Prior’s career spans multiple functional areas and industries, bringing an unparalleled breadth of experience to Cirrius. A CPA Accountant and Fellow, Bob holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, a Master’s in Information Innovation from RMIT, a current candidate studying a Master of Science Degree (Organisational Performance and Workplace Learning) at Boise State University, USA, a Diploma of Information Technology (Website Development) and a specialized training in areas like White Collar Crime Investigation and Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt). His extensive background in forensic accounting, performance improvement, and digital transformation has made him a valuable asset to businesses facing complex operational and technological challenges.
Bob’s unique skill set includes deep analytical and critical thinking abilities, enhanced by his experience in forensic accounting, which allows him to identify root causes and deliver solutions that align with clients’ business objectives. His experience spans diverse markets, including Southeast Asia, where he has developed a nuanced understanding of global business cultures. As Chief Operating Officer, Bob’s commitment to organizational improvement and his passion for developing 21st-century skills are key to helping Cirrius clients achieve operational excellence.
