Com and multiple professional registrations—Registered Company Auditor, Self-Managed Superannuation Fund Auditor, and Tax Agent—Dick has supported organizations ranging from global firms to small businesses. Formerly a partner at a Big Six accounting firm and principal of RL Rodgers & Associates, his leadership is grounded in financial strategy and regulatory integrity. As Cirrius’ Managing Director, Dick’s commitment to high standards and ethical practices ensures clients receive top-tier financial oversight and strategic guidance.
Kevin Dodds – Chief Executive Officer
Kevin Dodds, with a distinguished 38-year law enforcement career culminating as a senior commissioned officer, offers robust experience in organizational leadership, organizational change, IT transformation and implementation, ESG & GRC, OPWL and operational management. His academic credentials include an MBA, graduate diplomas in Business Administration, Applied Management, Emergency Management and multiple leadership and human resources certifications. After law enforcement, Kevin directed Tall Trees Technologies and contributed to high-level consulting, such as a government review in the UAE. As CEO of Cirrius, his strategic and people-centred leadership fosters transformative initiatives and impactful change across sectors.
Robert (Bob) Prior – Chief Operating Officer
Bob Prior, a CPA and business innovator, holds a B.Com from the University of Western Australia, a Diploma in IT, a Master’s in Information Innovation, a current candidate studying a Master of Science Degree (Organisational Performance and Workplace Learning) at Boise State University, USA. Bob also has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Bob’s expertise spans forensic accounting, performance improvement, and digital transformation. Known for analytical insight and solution-oriented approaches, Bob has extensive experience across diverse markets, including Southeast Asia, allowing him to address complex challenges with a global perspective. As Cirrius’ COO, Bob’s commitment to operational excellence and passion for skills development drive impactful solutions for clients.
