- Invoices must be paid within the specified due date, typically 7 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing with a specified date on the Invoice.
Refunds and Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery and the agreed terms.
- We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) requirements, including the provision of refunds for services that are not delivered as agreed or are otherwise defective.
- No refunds are available for a change of mind unless required by ACL.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under ACL:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
- Our liability for any breach of a consumer guarantee is limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having the services re-supplied, at our discretion.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts your rights under ACL.
